By downloading, installing or using PEDRAI, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them.
PEDRAI is a desktop application for real estate professionals that provides AI-powered photo enhancement, image downloading, bulk renaming and social media content generation features. The Service operates on a token-based system where tokens are consumed as you use the application's features.

All content, features and functionality of PEDRAI including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons and software are the exclusive property of PEDRAI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The PEDRAI name, logo and brand are trademarks of PEDRAI.
Images you process through PEDRAI remain your property. We claim no ownership over your content.
PEDRAI integrates with third-party AI services to provide image enhancement and content generation features. Your use of these features is also subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party providers. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.
PEDRAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses. We make no warranty regarding the quality or accuracy of AI-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PEDRAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data or business opportunities.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We may also restrict access to the Service for any reason including non-payment or violation of these Terms.
We may update the application automatically to provide new features, security patches or bug fixes. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to PEDRAI immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your licence to use the application ceases immediately. Unused tokens at the time of termination due to breach are non-refundable.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
